Shipping policy

By authorizing a purchase you are agreeing that the information your provided is current, complete, and correct. Clay Cactus Soapery LLC is not responsible for incorrectly entered information. Shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process before you place and agree to your order. Delivery times are shown based on normal volumes and may be longer during higher shipping volume levels. The shipping cost is based on the total weight of your order. Orders are only shipped on normal business days. Order will not be shipped out on holidays. If you place your order after 12:00 pm. the it will be considered as being placed on the following business day. We will only ship to the mainland or continental US states and do not ship internationally at this time. Orders can only be shipped to a single address. If you want your order to be sent to different locations then you will need to place a separate order for each destination location.
